Up to 24 hours before your arrival, you can cancel your reservation free of charge. In case of cancellation on the day of your arrival or no show, a penalty corresponding to 2 days of rental is applied.

Payment is only made on the morning of your arrival (except non-refundable rate). It respects the 3D Secure protocol. 14 days before your arrival, we will ask your bank for a payment authorization and you will receive an e-mail to authenticate yourself.

Our rates depend on the number of people and the length of stay. Babies up to 2 years old are accommodated free of charge, children from 3 years old pay as adults. Take advantage of our promotions or our non-refundable rate.

For any reservation of 3 days or more with an arrival no later than February 28, 2023, benefit from a 15% discount about your stay or 20% if you choose the non-refundable rate (4 days minimum).

Our establishment does not have a parking lot. However, we can provide you with a space in the Les Carmes underground public car park located 150 m from the apartment. Paying service 7€ / day on reservation in advance and according to availability.
