Our Conditions and Promotions

Ultra-flexible cancellation

Up to 24 hours before your arrival, you can cancel your reservation free of charge. In case of cancellation on the day of your arrival or no show, a penalty corresponding to 2 days of rental is applied.

Secure payments

Payment is only made on the morning of your arrival (except non-refundable rate). It respects the 3D Secure protocol. 14 days before your arrival, we will ask your bank for a payment authorization and you will receive an e-mail to authenticate yourself.

Our prices

Our rates depend on the number of guests, the season and the length of stay. Babies up to the age of 2 stay free of charge; children aged 3 and over pay the adult rate. Take advantage of our special offers or our non-refundable rate.

Our Promotions

We offer seasonal promotions and discounts. Please check our Facebook page for the latest news.

The Non-Refundable rate also entitles you to a 10 per cent discount on stays of 3 nights or more throughout the year.

Our services

Airport transfer

Upon reservation, we provide you with a free private shuttle for your transfers to or from Bergerac airport (subject to availability). If not available, we reserve a taxi or VTC for you (€15 to €25 depending on the time and day).

Concierge

Les Appartements du Palais does not have a reception and staff on site but I can be contacted at any time to assist you in finding and booking a restaurant, a taxi, or for any information or assistance.

Breakfast

We do not provide the breakfast service but you will find in the apartment a first breakfast offered with: tea, coffee, chocolate, milk, orange juice, toasted bread, butter and jam. The bakery located 2 minutes walk will provide you with fresh bread and pastries.

Car Parking

Our establishment does not have a car park, but there are plenty of car parking options near the flats. Please see our car parking page for full details.

There is a charge for day parking in the immediate vicinity, but a free car park is located 400 metres away.
