Arrival


  • Can I arrive earlier than 4 p.m.?

    If possible, I will be happy to give you satisfaction, but I will only be able to answer you the day before your arrival. Indeed, it will depend on the previous occupation of your accommodation, the departure time of travelers and the work schedule of the cleaning team.

  • Is there a reception desk?

    There is no reception and your arrival is contactless. Before your arrival, you will receive a message giving you the codes allowing you to access the building and your apartment.

  • Could I park nearby to unload my luggage?

    You will find a place nearby but you should not go too far from the vehicle and do not stay there too long.

  • Is there a parking lot at the property?

    There is no parking at the property. I offer a place in the underground car park located 150 m away at the rate of 7 € / day. The reservation must be made as soon as possible with the Apartments of the Palace because the number of places is very limited.


Rates and length of stay


  • Can I rent for one night?

    Unfortunately, this is not possible as it is incompatible with the cleaning costs for the apartments. The minimum stay is 2 nights.

  • Why I cannot find seasonal availability for two-night stays?

    From April to September we prefer stays from three nights. 2-day stays are therefore blocked before the season. We will open them gradually in the spring depending on reservations.

  • What discounts do you give?

    The standard rate benefits from discounts depending on the length of stay. We have prices:

  • Do you have a child rate?

    Children up to 2 years stay free. We graciously provide a cot and a high chair.


Payments


  • What payment methods do you accept?

    The simplest method of payment is by credit card, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. The card is automatically debited when the free cancellation period has expired, generally on the day of arrival.

  • How are my bank details secured?

    I do not have access to your bank details. They are hosted in an ultra-secure way by my financial partner.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

    If you have opted for a direct booking on our site with flexible cancellation, your credit card will be debited on the morning of your arrival.


Cancelation


  • Can I cancel without penalty the day before my arrival?

    Unless booking at the non-refundable rate or through an online agency, you can cancel free of charge the day before your arrival until midnight.

  • Will I have to pay penalties in case of no show on the day of arrival?

    In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, your credit card will be debited for an amount corresponding to a stay of two nights. The corresponding overnight price will be higher than that of your reservation if it was for a longer period (decreasing rate according to the duration).


Benefits


  • Can I have ground floor accommodation?

    All our accommodations are upstairs, which is indicated in the name of the reserved apartment. There is no elevator. On request before your arrival, we can help you carry your luggage.

  • Is there air conditioning in all the apartments?

    There is air conditioning in all apartments except AP1 & AP2 (2 bedroom apartments on the 1st & 2nd floor). These two apartments are equipped with fans.

  • Do you accept dogs?

    Yes, dogs and cats are welcome at the Palais Apartments upon prior request.

  • Are there bathtubs in the apartments?

    There are only showers in all apartments except in single studio SP3 where there is a bathtub due to the low ceiling height.

  • Are linen provided?

    Yes, bed linen and towels are provided as well as basic toiletries.

  • Can I wash my laundry in the establishment?

    Yes, some apartments have washing machines, others share a laundromat on the property. Tumble dryers, tables and irons are also available.
