Cancellation (direct bookings)

Bookings for up to 3 nights may be cancelled free of charge up to midnight on the day before arrival.

Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the price of the stay is due.

Your credit card will be debited automatically on the day of arrival.

Bookings of 4 to 13 nights may be cancelled free of charge up to midnight 2 days before arrival.

Cancellation the day before arrival or no-show: 100% of the stay is due.

Your credit card will be debited automatically the day before arrival.

Bookings of 14 to 27 nights may be cancelled free of charge up to midnight 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total cost of the stay is due.

Your credit card will be debited automatically 6 days before arrival.

Bookings of 28 to 55 nights may be cancelled free of charge up to midnight 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost of the stay is due.

Your credit card will be debited automatically 13 days before arrival.

Bookings of 56 to 90 nights may be cancelled free of charge up to midnight 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost of the stay is due.

Your credit card will be debited automatically 29 days before arrival.

Payment (direct reservations)

Payment by automatic debit of your bank card is made when your booking can no longer be cancelled without charge.

Reservations must be paid in full before arrival. Unless a special agreement has been made in advance, any booking not paid for by 16:00 on the day of arrival will be cancelled.

Rental conditions, regulations and important information

All apartments are upstairs and there is no lift.

• RP1 & SP1: 1st floor
• RP2 & SP2: 2nd floor
• RP3 & SP3: 3rd floor

The building is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

⚠️ AIR CONDITIONING and IMPORTANT INFORMATION: ⚠️

All apartments are equipped with air conditioning.

the studio SP3 (1 single bedroom on the 3rd floor) has limited ceiling height in some areas. It is not possible to take a standing shower but it is equipped with a bathtub. It is very bright with roof windows but it has no view of the outside. We do not recommend it for people 1.70 m and over and for long stays.

Cancellation free of charge for the above reasons will always be possible within 24 hours of receipt of this message.

We only have one apartment per type, this means that your reservation corresponds to a specific and unique apartment, and that we will not be able to assign you another one, unless canceled and rebooked. Do not hesitate to contact us for more details.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:⚠️

An identity document in the same name as the credit card may be requested. If it is not provided within 48 hours of the request and at least 24 hours before arrival, the reservation may be cancelled.

⚠️ CHILDREN RATE: ⚠️

- Children from 3 years old pay the adult price.
- Infants 2 years and under stay free

PRICES INCLUDE:

- All taxes.

- Cleaning costs.

- Household linen.

A minimum of cleaning products, toiletries and various consumables are provided free of charge. Their renewal is the responsibility of the occupants of the apartment.

ARRIVAL DEPARTURE :

Arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures no later than 11 a.m.

Early arrivals or late departures can be granted if the availability of the apartment allows it. This agreement, depending on previous or subsequent reservations, can only be given the day before arrival or departure.

CAR PARK :

The property does not include a car park. Access is possible to a nearby underground public car park on prior request (8 € / day, limited places).

GENERAL RULES:

⚠️ SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN IN ALL APARTMENTS ⚠️ including stairs and common areas ⚠️.

A cleaning and deodorization fee of €120 will be charged if you smell tobacco.
Smoking at the window does not prevent the smell of tobacco.

Please respect the tranquility of other people in the building; they are travelers like you and came to relax in a quiet environment. This rule is to be respected especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Parties are not allowed in the apartments.

CLEANING :

Cleaning will be done after your departure, this service being included in the overnight rate. However, we would appreciate it if you could keep the place as clean as possible. We ask parents to take special care that their children do not eat on sofas or armchairs.

Additional costs may be charged (30 € / hour) if the apartment is particularly dirty, if stains are detected or if deterioration is observed.

Sorry but due to many incivilities, dogs and other pets are no longer allowed in our apartments.
