Here is a list of restaurants that I tested and that I recommend. This list is not exhaustive but it allows you to avoid certain "tourist trap" addresses in the heart of the old town.

LE CAFÉ DU CANAL
It’s fresh, it’s local, it’s full of flavour, and the service is very friendly. The menu changes every day, with a choice of two starters and two main courses, including one vegetarian option.
